CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we have a very simple cancellation policy: There is a one night non-refundable deposit required on all reservations. The balance of your rent is due upon check-in with the following exceptions: At Christmas, a one night non-refundable deposit is required at the time you make your reservation with the balance due one month prior to your stay and that amount is non-refundable; On 3 night weekends, the total amount for your stay will be required at the time you make your reservation and that amount is non-refundable.
